The finca is oriented to the south and has wonderful panoramic views of the surrounding river, the forests and the mountains of great beauty, up to the village of Istán. El Charco del Canalon, some natural pools where you can swim in the summer, and its waterfall are within walking distance. This privileged and quiet place has a very pleasant microclimate. There are about 5 other fincas in the area, wich is accessible by car only to it's owners, no other construction will ever be allowed in this area.
The finca has 4 fireplaces and a wood-burning oven distributed over the 2 buildings, 4 kitchens of which 2 with barbecue, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 4 toilets divided over 2 buildings. Of these, 2 fireplaces, 1 kitchen with barbecue, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom are in the second house, which is located 20 meters from the main house. The plot of 3,800 m2 is planted with avocado trees and fruits, an orchard with vegetables, and flowers. You can access the river, which has water all year, by two private paths. Each house has its own well with its pressure pump for drinking water and its installation of solar panels and batteries for electricity.
The property is accessible all year round by a good rural road. You get to the town of Istán in 15 minutes by car, in 40 minutes you are in Marbella, Puerto Banus and the beaches.
